Review of Members’ Code of Conduct (2018)

The Legislative Council has adopted a code of conduct for its Members for the purposes of section 9 of the Independent Commission Corruption Act 1988. The Privileges Committee is required to review the code of conduct at least once every four years (s 72C(5) Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988).
