Second General Meeting with the Convenor of the Child Death Review Team

The general meetings with the Child Death Review Team provide an opportunity for the Committee to review the exercise by the Ombudsman of his legislative functions as Convenor of the Child Death Review Team and to discuss issues of public interest that are relevant to the Committee's functions.
